Common Questions
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Most jobs can be quoted from photos and a quick call. Bigger jobs may need a short site visit, and that's free too.
What areas do you serve?
All of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Jobs outside that area may have a travel fee. Just ask.
Who calls 811 before digging?
Before any excavation or trenching, utility locates must be requested through Sunshine 811. We handle the request as part of the job and wait for the lines to be marked before we dig.
Do I need a permit?
Some jobs, like larger grading, demolition or new drainage, may need a city or county permit. We'll tell you what we know for your job, but the property owner is responsible for making sure the right permits are in place.
Can your skid steer fit through my gate?
Our skid steer needs a clear path about [XX] inches wide. Measure your narrowest gate or side yard and include it in your quote request.
Will the equipment damage my lawn or driveway?
We take care to protect surfaces and use mats when needed. Some turf marking can happen on soft ground. We'll point out anything likely before we start.
What won't you haul in junk removal?
We can't take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, tires in bulk or medical waste. See our Service Agreement for the full list.
How do I pay?
We accept card payments through Stripe, plus cash and check. Larger jobs may require a deposit to reserve your date.
